Two scratch built planes with 7 foot wingspans and the bridge were built for this project, designed for a chase scene under a bridge. The right photo reveals the true scale. Most of the pictures in this page are prints from film footage
"Concorde Affair 79" starring James Franciscus and Mimsy Farmer. The model was made for an emergency landing in water. The nose was designed to tilt like the full size. Length, 11 feet.

These hairy "monsters'" 5 foot wings were built of cloth and custom made fiberglass dowels and flapped to simulate the flight of a bird.
This spaceship was built and flew in one month from a 1/20 scale plastic model supplied by the producer.
Scratch built Ecurreille helicopter model, 1983. There were no 6 3/4 foot kits, and this was scratch built. The water drop was operated by radio control
P108, World War II Italian Bomber. Model was built in 1987, with 4 60 cc engines, custom made retractable landing gear with working panels. Flying weight, 75 lb.
AB 106 explosion in flight. The figure in the open door was tied with lead wire, and released by the heat.
Five F 104 and four Tornados were built from scratch. Kfir from Byron kits. Powered by a Rossi 90 ducted fan, they were rail launched and landed on their bellies for filming in areas without landing strips.
For this low budget production, a small Hirobo Lama 30 size model was painted and altered to look like a full size for an explosion sequence. Camera speed is the issue..
